Board change
AdvancedAdvT Limited (AIM: ADVT, "AdvT", the "Group"), the international software solutions provider for business, compliance, and resource management, today announces that Mark Brangstrup Watts, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has resigned as director with immediate effect.
Executive Chair Vin Murria commented: "I would like to thank Mark for his valued contribution, commitment and support since the Company's formation and wish him well for the future."
Mark Brangstrup Watts commented: "I am proud of what the Company has achieved during my tenure and have full confidence in the Company's continued success.
