Advent Capital (Holdings) PLC02 May 2006 ADVENT CAPITAL HOLDINGS Plc AGM Statement The Board of Advent Capital Holdings, the specialist Lloyd's insurer, announcesthat all resolutions proposed at today's AGM were unanimously approved byshareholders. Advent also announces that Ray Salter (72), Non Executive Director of theCompany and the Chairman of Advent Underwriting Limited, the principal operatingsubsidiary of the Advent Group, retired at today's AGM after 7 years' service. Brian Caudle, Chairman of Advent Capital Holdings, commented: "I would like to thank our shareholders for their continuing support especiallyafter such a challenging year in 2005.
