Major Supply Contract Won

Pan Pacific Aggregates plc (the "Company"), the British Columbia based aggregates company, is pleased to announce that one of its major customers has been awarded the contract to supply aggregate for a major construction project within the Fraser Valley.

Pan Pacific's Quadling Quarry will supply up to 100,000 tonnes of aggregate, covering the full range of product, to the customer over a 6 month period. Delivery has commenced.

This order will underwrite over 50% of our budgeted production during this period and demonstrates the progress made by Quadling's management in establishing the quarry as a reliable supplier of aggregate through its consistency of quality and service to its customers.

William Voaden, Managing Director commented:

"This order is our largest to date and will bolster turnover in the normally quieter part of the year and at an improved margin."
