Interim Dividend
The Board of the Company announces that it is declaring an interim dividend of 1.50 pence per share on the ordinary shares of the Company, being approximately ÂŁ4.5 million in aggregate.
The interim dividend will be paid on 30 October 2025 to shareholders on the register on 3 October 2025. The ex-dividend date is 2 October 2025.
The last date for receipt of mandate instructions for those shareholders who wish to join the Company's dividend reinvestment plan is 10 October 2025.
As set out in the circular to shareholders published by the Company on 17 June 2024, the Board intends to continue to pay a sufficient level of dividend to ensure that the Company will not retain more than 15 per cent. of its income in an accounting period in order to maintain the Company's investment trust status during its managed wind-down.
The Board expects to provide an update to shareholders on the Company's secondary sales process shortly.
