Dividend Declaration
Facilities by ADF, the leading provider of premium serviced production facilities to the UK film and high-end television industry, previously announced in the Company's half year results a proposed interim dividend of 0.46 pence per ordinary share. The Company announces that this interim dividend will be paid on 30 October 2022 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 14 October 2022.
The ex-dividend date will be 13 October 2022.
