("CPE" or the "Company")
Option Agreement
Further to the announcement of 22 November 2012, China Private Equity Investments Holdings Limited confirms that, today, the Company has entered into an option agreement ("Option Agreement") with Gen2 Capital Partners Limited ("Gen2") pursuant to which the Company has granted to Gen2 options over 750,000 ordinary shares in CPE (the "Options").
Under the terms of the Option Agreement, the Options may be exercised from now until the third anniversary of the date of the Option Agreement at an exercise price of US0.25 per share.
