The Company was notified on 22 December 2016 that Barry Lau, Managing Partner of the Company's investment manager, Adamas Asset Management (HK) Limited, had acquired 20,000 ordinary shares of no par value each in ADAM on the dates detailed below:

In addition, Mr. Lau has informed the Company that his purchase of shares on 16 December 2016 included in the announcement on 20 December 2016 was incorrectly disclosed due to an erroneous notification by his broker. The purchase on 16 December 2016 was of 10,000 shares at a price of US$0.60 per share, rather than 1,000 shares at a price of US$0.596 per share.
As a result, Mr. Lau is interested in 639,022 ordinary shares, representing 0.33% of the Company's issued share capital.
