Dividend record date correction
On 29 September 2008 the Company released an announcement, "Carpathian PLC Interim Results". This announcement contained an error with regards to the Company's dividend record date. The correct dividend record date is 10 October 2008 and the interim dividend will be paid on 7 November 2008 to all shareholders of the Company on the register as at the close of 10 October 2008.
The correct dividend timetable is therefore:
Ex-dividend date: 8 October 2008
Dividend record date: 10 October 2008
Dividend payment date: 7 November 2008
