Final Dividend 

Further to the announcement made on 28 April 2008, the board of the Company is pleased to confirm that it has declared, subject to shareholder approval at the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held on 30 June 2008 (the "AGM"), a final dividend in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2007 ("the Final Dividend") of 3.34 pence per share.  

The record date for the Final Dividend is 30 May 2008. The Final Dividend, if approved at the AGM, will be paid on 3 July 2008.
