Board AppointmentΒ
The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of James Edward Hill to the Board of Adalta with immediate effect.
James Hill, aged 30, is an MRICS qualified Chartered Surveyor who holds a BSc(Hons) and has extensive experience in the commercial property sector. It is intended that, as an Executive Director, he will establish and run a commercial property agency department within the Company. He has dealt with sales, lettings, acquisitions, rent reviews and lease renewals in industrial, office and retail property throughout the UK for over 9 years.
