PDMR notification
accesso Technology Group plc (AIM: ASCO), the premier technology solutions provider to leisure, entertainment, hospitality, attractions and cultural markets, was notified on 6 February 2020 that, Steve Brown, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 198,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 6 February 2020, at an average price of 390 pence per share.
Following this purchase, Steve now holds an interest of 514,774 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.86 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company and 582,567 options over Ordinary Shares.
Steve Brown, Chief Executive officer commented:
