PDMR notification
accesso Technology Group plc (AIM: ASCO), the premier technology solutions provider to leisure, entertainment, hospitality, attractions and cultural markets, was notified on 23 June 2022 that Steve Brown, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 2,710 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 22 June 2022 at a price of $7.4439 per share; and purchased 11,290 ordinary shares in the Company on 23 June 2022 at a price of $7.4950 per share, both transactions via US OTC markets.
Following these purchases, Steve Brown holds an interest of 700,774 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.70 percent of the issued share capital of the Company.
