New Banking Facility

accesso Technology Group plc (AIM: ACSO), the premier technology solutions provider to leisure, entertainment, and cultural markets, today announces the successful agreement of a new banking relationship and facility with HSBC.

This new $40 million revolving credit facility has a four-year term, to May 2027, and is accompanied by a $20 million accordion option which the Group may utilise as it pursues its strategic plan into the mid-term. Numis acted as the debt advisor to the transaction.

The HSBC facility replaces the Group's undrawn £18 million arrangement with Investec from 19 March 2021, which was due to expire in March 2024. This facility has now been cancelled.
