accesso Technology GroupĀ plc (AIM: ASCO), the premier technology solutions provider to leisure, entertainment, hospitality, attractions and cultural markets, was notified onĀ 12 August 2020Ā that,Ā Fern MacDonald, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, purchased 3,055 ordinary shares ofĀ 1 penceĀ each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") onĀ 12 August 2020, at an average price ofĀ 258 penceĀ per share.

Following this purchase,Ā Fern MacDonaldĀ holds an interest of 15,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.04 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
