PDMR Notification
accesso Technology Group plc (AIM: ACSO), the premier technology solutions provider for attractions and venues worldwide, was notified on 7 November 2025 that Long Path Partners, a person closely associated with Brian Nelson, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 150,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") over the three days ending 7 November 2025 at an average price of 350 pence per share.
Following this purchase, Long Path Partners holds an interest of 7,421,924 Ordinary Shares, representing 19.0% of the issued share capital of the Company.
