accesso Technology Group plc (AIM: ACSO), the premier technology solutions provider for attractions and venues worldwide, today announces that, on 8 May 2024, the Company granted the following conditional shares awards (the 'Awards') over ordinary shares of 1 penny each of the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") to Fern MacDonald pursuant to the Company's 2014 Long-Term Incentive Plan ('LTIP') that incentivises her to deliver growth in both profitability and shareholder value.
