Accrol Group Holdings plc (AIM: ACRL), the AIM-listed independent tissue converter, announces that Dan Wright, Executive Chairman, has advised the Company that he has transferred 415,168 shares in the Company in which he was the direct beneficial owner into the ownership of Gomrath Ltd, a Family Investment Company that he controls.
The total shares owned and deemed to be under the control of Dan Wright remains unchanged.
