TR-1: Standard form for notification of major holdings - Replacement

This announcement replaces RNS number 8804X, issued by Accrol Group Holdings plc (the "Company") on behalf of Ruffer LLP ('Ruffer') at 2.05pm on 29 November 2017, which stated that Ruffer now controls more than 5% of the voting rights of the Company. The Company has subsequently been notified by Ruffer that it controls less than 5% of the voting rights of the Company and, as such, it should not have submitted a TR 1 form to the Company in accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules (DTRs).
