Cambridge, UK - Abzena plc (AIM: ABZA) was today notified by John Burt (Chief Executive Officer) that he has transferred ordinary shares in Abzena into his personal pension.
John Burt has transferred 30,000 ordinary shares in Abzena at a price of 83.0 pence per share into his personal pension. This transaction has no effect on John Burt's beneficial ownership; he continues to hold a total direct and indirect voting right interest in 1,695,725 ordinary shares in Abzena, being approximately 1.740% of the issued ordinary share capital of Abzena of 97,428,858 ordinary shares of £0.002.
