Albemarle & Bond Holdings PLC29 November 2007 ALBEMARLE & BOND HOLDINGS PLC "the Company" Director Dealing----------------- The Company announces that it received notice on 28 November 2007, from Mr C L Nicolson, a director and the Chairman of the Company, relating to the exercise of options as follows: Name Scheme No. Exercised Exercise Price (per share) C L Nicolson Unapproved 50,000 Ordinary shares 45.5p of 4p each The Company further announces that it received notification on the same day that Mr Nicolson had sold 35,000 shares registered in his name at 240p per share. Following the above transactions, Mr Nicolson's beneficial interest in theCompany's shares is now 915,698 Ordinary shares of 4p each, which is equivalentto 1.68% of the Company's issued share capital.
