Albemarle & Bond Holdings PLC11 April 2007 ALBEMARLE & BOND HOLDINGS PLC "the Company" Director Dealing The Company was notified on 10 April 2007 that Mrs A B Nicholls, the wife of MrG V Nicholls, the Chief Executive and a director of the Company, sold 265,962Ordinary shares of 4p each registered in her name, at 235p per share. The shares were purchased on 10 April 2007 at the same price through theSelf-Invested Personal Pension Scheme of Mr Nicholls administered and registered in the name of James Hay Pension Trustees Limited. Following the above transactions, Mr Nicholls' interest in the share capital ofthe Company remains unchanged at 597,562 Ordinary shares representing 1.27% ofthe Company's total issued share capital. Albemarle & Bond Trustee Limited is the Trustee of the Albemarle & BondPawnbrokers Limited Employee Benefit Trust ("the EBT").
