Albemarle & Bond Holdings PLC05 November 2007 ALBEMARLE & BOND HOLDINGS PLC "the Company" Exercise of Options and Application for Admission of Shares The Company received on 2 November 2007 from an employee, letters of exercisesof options over a total of 85,000 Ordinary shares of 4p each at a purchase price of 74.5p per share. The Company announces that application has been made for 85,000 new Ordinary 4p shares to be admitted to listing pursuant to the exercises of share optionsunder the approved and unapproved share option schemes hereby announced. It isexpected that dealings will commence in the new Ordinary shares on 9 November2007. Following the exercises of share options the issued share capital of theCompany will be increased from 54,419,391 Ordinary shares of 4p each to54,504,391 Ordinary shares of 4p each.
