In accordance withĀ Financial Services AuthorityĀ Disclosure andĀ Transparency Rules, the Company advises that its issued share capitalĀ at the date of this announcementĀ comprisesĀ 55,042,891Ā Ordinary shares ofĀ 4pĀ each. The voting rights of all of these shares are identicalĀ with each share carrying the right to one vote.Ā The Company does not hold anyĀ Ordinary shares in treasury.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine ifĀ they are required to notify their interest in, orĀ a change to their interest in the CompanyĀ under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
