Interim dividend
Further to the announcement released earlier today by Associated British Foods plc (the 'Company') of its interim results for the 24 weeks ended 2 March 2019, the Company confirms that an interim dividend of 12.05 pence per share will be paid on 5 July 2019 to shareholders on the Company's register of members at the close of business on 7 June 2019.
The Company operates a dividend reinvestment plan ('DRIP'). The final date for receipt or withdrawal of elections under the DRIP will be 14 June 2019.
