Associated British Foods plc (the 'Company') confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts 2024, Notice of Annual General Meeting 2024 and Form of Proxy are being posted shortly to shareholders.

Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts 2024 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting 2024 are available on the Company's website: www.abf.co.uk.

In compliance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1, the Company has submitted a copy of each of the following documents to the National Storage Mechanism:

· Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 14 September 2024;

· Notice of Annual General Meeting 2024; and

· Form of Proxy for the Annual General Meeting 2024.
