PDMR share dealings
AB Dynamics plc (AIM: ABDP) the designer, manufacturer and supplier of advanced testing systems and measurement products to the global automotive industry announces that on 21 November 2018 Colin Martin, a director of Anthony Best Dynamics Ltd, sold 12,000 ABD ordinary shares at a price of 1443.00 pence per share, representing 0.06% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. On 22 November 2018 Colin Martin sold a further 11,000 ABD ordinary shares at a price of 1440.00 pence per share, representing 0.06% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. Following the sale, Mr Martin remains interested in 7,000 ABD ordinary shares, representing 0.04% of the Company's issued share capital.
On 22 November 2018, Andrew Pick, a director of Anthony Best Dynamics Ltd, sold 10,000 ABD ordinary shares at a price of 1443.00 pence per share, representing 0.05% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. Following the sale, Mr Pick together with his wife Eleanor Pick remain interested in 7,067 ABD ordinary shares, representing 0.04% of the Company's issued share capital.

Overview of AB Dynamics plc
ABD is a leading designer, manufacturer and provider of advanced testing and measurement products for vehicle suspension, brakes and steering to the global automotive research and development sector. The Group was founded in 1982 and listed on AIM in May 2013. The Group is headquartered in Bradford on Avon employing approximately 160 staff. ABD currently supplies twenty of the top twenty automotive manufacturers, including Honda, Toyota, Ford and Volkswagen, who routinely use the Group's products to test vehicle safety and dynamics.
