Directors' dealings
Cambridge, UK: Abcam plc (AIM: ABC), a global leader in the supply of life science research tools, has today been notified that on 8 October 2014, Jim Warwick, a Director of the Company, exercised nil cost share options over 60,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
Following this transaction, Mr Warwick's total interest in the Company has increased by 60,000 Ordinary Shares to a total of 3,004,150 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.50% of the Company's issued share capital.
