AGM Statement
Mark Turrell, CEO of Imaginatik plc (AIM: IMTK), a leading provider of collaborative innovation and problem-solving software and processes, will today make the following statement at the Company's Annual General Meeting:
"I am pleased to report that we have experienced an improved start to the year compared to the first quarter last year, building on the momentum experienced in the second half. We have signed four new customers on annual licence contracts and further extended our reach in four of our existing customers. As a result, our recurring revenue base has increased to £2.1m per year, up from £1.8m per year at the end of March 2008."
"We have also recently embarked on a new UK and European marketing project with Edelman, one of the leading independent global PR firms, to enhance our market presence and develop a far greater awareness of the capabilities of our software and processes."
"The market for collaborative innovation continues to develop, and we look forward to an exciting year ahead."
