AMENDMENT
The following amendment has been made to the 'Total Voting Rights' announcement released on 1 May 2025 at 10:33hrs under RNS No 0529H.
The number of Convertible Unsecured Loan Stock (CULS) outstanding should read 36,528,016 units.
All other details remain unchanged.

Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the total number of Ordinary shares of 5p of the Company in issue at 30 April 2025 is 144,442,655 with each share holding one voting right.
The Company also holds 64,294,590 Ordinary shares in Treasury, and there are 36,528,016 units of Convertible Unsecured Loan Stock (CULS) outstanding.
The above figure (144,442,655) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
