Anglo American plc (the "Company") announces that the Offering Memorandum of its subsidiary, Anglo American Capital plc, dated 5 April 2024 (the "Offering Memorandum") relating to the issue of US$1,000,000,000 5.750% Senior Notes due 2034 and the US$500,000,000 6.000% Senior Notes due 2054, each guaranteed by the Company, has been approved by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and is available for viewing.
