London and Lagos, 15 September 2025: Airtel Africa plc, a leading provider of telecommunications and mobile money services, with a presence in 14 countries across Africa, hereby notifies that Sunil Bharti Mittal, Chairman and Gopal Vittal, Non-executive director of Airtel Africa plc have been appointed as non-independent non-executive directors of BT Group plc with effect from 15 September 2025.

There are no matters requiring disclosure under UKLR 6.4.6.
