London and Lagos, 19 December 2024: Airtel Africa, a leading provider of telecommunications and mobile money services, with a presence in 14 countries across Africa, announces that following the payment of the interim dividend payment on 13 December 2024, notification was received on 18 December 2024 that 36,423 ordinary shares of USD 0.50 each were purchased on 13 December 2024 by the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") under the dividend investment plan at a price of £1.0700 per share.
