VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL
In conformity with the Transparency Directive's provisions we would like to notify the market of the following:
Close Enterprise VCT PLC's capital as atΒ 31 DecemberΒ 2008 consists ofΒ 30,360,885Β Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 50p. Close Enterprise VCT PLCΒ holds 15,000 shares in Treasury.
Therefore the total number of voting rights in Close Enterprise VCT PLC is 30,345,885.
The figure of 30,345,885 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, Close Enterprise VCT PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
