VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL
In conformity with the Transparency Directive's provisions we would like to notify the market of the following:
AlbionΒ Enterprise VCT PLC's capital as atΒ 31Β MarchΒ 2009Β consists ofΒ 30,360,885Β Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 50p. AlbionΒ Enterprise VCT PLCΒ holdsΒ 43,300 shares in Treasury.
Therefore the total number of voting rights inΒ AlbionΒ Enterprise VCT PLC is 30,317,585.
The figure of 30,317,585 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in,Β AlbionΒ Enterprise VCT PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
