SHARE PURCHASE,Β VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL
AlbionΒ Enterprise VCTΒ PLCΒ announces that it has, today, purchasedΒ 10,300Β Ordinary shares at a price ofΒ 70Β pence per share. This represents 0.03%Β of the total number of voting rights in the Company before the transaction. These shares will be held in Treasury.
Following this transaction, and in conformity with the Transparency Directive's provisions we would like to notify the market of the following:
AlbionΒ Enterprise VCT PLC's capitalΒ todayΒ consists ofΒ 30,360,885Β Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 50p. Close Enterprise VCT PLC holdsΒ 43,300Β shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights inΒ AlbionΒ Enterprise VCT PLC is 30,317,585.
The figure of 30,317,585 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, Close Enterprise VCT PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
