Close Enterprise VCT PLC07 April 2008 Close Enterprise VCT PLC The offer for subscription (the "Offer") for ordinary shares ("Shares") in CloseEnterprise VCT PLC (the "Company") at an issue price of 100p per Share closed on4 April 2008. Applications were received under the Offer for 10,567,738 Shares and willtherefore be met in full. The net proceeds of the Offer will be approximately£10 million. Applications have been made to the Financial Services Authority for 10,567,738Shares to be admitted to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange forthe Shares to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market forlisted securities. It is expected that Admission will become effective, and that dealings in theShares will commence, at 8.00 a.m. on 7 April 2008.
