AMEDEO AIR FOUR PLUS LIMITED (the "Company")Dividend Declaration
The Board is pleased to announce an interim dividend of 1.25p per ordinary share. The shares will be marked ex-dividend on 21 April 2022 and the dividend will be paid on or around 29 April 2022 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 22 April 2022.
The Board urges shareholders to provide their bank details in order to receive dividend payments electronically if they have not already done so. Where no payment details are held on file, payment will be made by cheque posted to the address of the registered holder. Shareholders may elect to receive their dividends by electronic bank transfer by request sent to registrars@jtcgroup.com and this will need to be provided by close of business on 22 April 2022 in order to be effective for the dividend to be paid in April 2022. The request must specify the full bank account details, which must be in the name of the registered holder(s). All bank payment charges will be for the account of the payee.
