16 February 2015 TANGIERS PETROLEUM LIMITED Prospectus Tangiers Petroleum Limited (ASX: TPT; AIM: TPET) ("Tangiers" or "the Company")would like to advise that it has lodged a Prospectus for the offer of up to600,000,000 new shares ("Shares") at an issue price of A$0.01 per Share toraise up to A$6,000,000, with a minimum subscription of A$3,500,000, togetherwith one (1) free attaching listed Option (exercisable at A$0.02 each andexpiring 3 years from the date of issue) for every two (2) Shares subscribedfor (the "Offer").
