Heathrow re-enters the GBP Class B market with a £350 million 7 year bond
Heathrow has successfully placed a £350 million Class B bond maturing in 2028 with a fixed coupon of 2.625%. The bond was overwhelmingly supported by a diverse range of investors driving an order book in excess of £1.1 billion, more than three times oversubscribed. This highly successful issuance demonstrates investors' confidence in the strength and resilience of the airport and its anticipated recovery from the global COVID-19 pandemic.
Sally Ding, Director of Treasury and Corporate Finance said:

We are extremely pleased to return to the public Class B market after nearly 10 years and the funds raised further strengthen our liquidity position, providing a solid platform from which we can support the re-opening of international travel from 17th May."
