Director/PDMR shareholdings - Correction
This statement replaces the PDMR notification issued on 20 October 2023 at 15:34 GMT, to correct the cumulative total number of shares held by Per Widerström from 2,045,539 to the correct total of 2,066,535. The full amended text as corrected is included below.
Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
Following notifications made in accordance with Article 19(1) of the UK version of the EU Market Abuse Regulation (EU 596/2014) as adopted under UK law through the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (as amended) and as supplemented by The Market Abuse (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations (SI 2019/310) and in accordance with Article 19(3) thereof, 888 Holdings Plc (the "Company") notifies the following transaction by a person discharging managerial responsibilities (a PDMR) in ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
On 20 October 2023, the Company was notified that Per Widerström, Chief Executive Officer of 888, purchased 1,125,539 Ordinary Shares, at an average price of 84.3p each (the "Transactions").
Post these Transactions, Per Widerström holds an interest of 2,066,535 Ordinary Shares.
