The Company announces the following awards over ordinary shares of GBP 0.005 each were granted to Executive Directors of the Company as set out below:

The 2022 LTIP awards are subject to the achievement of performance conditions measured over a three-year period and a subsequent two year holding period post-vesting. These awards are subject to stretching TSR and EPS growth performance conditions which can be found in the 2021 Directors' Remuneration Report in the 888 Holdings plc Annual Report which is available at www.corporate.888.com
DSBP
In the Company's remuneration policy, annual bonus in excess of 100% of salary is deferred into shares in one-third tranches for one, two and three years subject to continued employment. The above deferred bonus awards have therefore been granted in respect of the 2021 financial year.
This announcement is made pursuant to the Company's obligations under Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
