888 (LSE: 888), one of the world's leading online betting and gaming companies, currently has 2,290,489 ordinary shares of GBP 0.005 each in the capital of the Company block listed under the 888 Long Term Incentive Plan 2015 and the 888 All Employee Plan.
888 announces that following the placing of 70,806,504 new ordinary shares of GBP 0.005 each in the capital of the Company which was announced on 7 April 2022 where Admission will become effective on or before 8.00 a.m. on 11 April 2022, the current block listing of shares in both the 888 Long Term Incentive Plan 2015 and 888 All Employee Plan have been cancelled with immediate effect. No further shares will be allotted from this block listing and there are no un-allotted shares remaining.
