888 (LSE: 888), one of the world's leading betting and gaming companies with internationally renowned brands including 888, William Hill, Mr Green and SI Sportsbook, announces that Randy Freer, as a result of his increased outside commitments, has resigned from the Board of Directors with immediate effect.

Lord Mendelsohn, Non-Executive Chairman of 888 Holdings Plc, commented: "On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Randy for his contributions during his short time with 888, and wish him well for the future.
