Go-Ahead's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 2 July 2022 have been published today on the Company's website, www.go-ahead.com, and will be uploaded shortly to the Financial Conduct Authority's National Storage Mechanism at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
The Company has applied to the Financial Conduct Authority for the restoration of the listing and trading in its £250,000,000 2.500% guaranteed bond due 2024.
