Further to the Announcement Regarding Redemption on Repurchase Date made by The Go-Ahead Group Limited (formerly The Go-Ahead Group plc) (the "Issuer") on 24 July 2023, the Issuer confirms the following:
Redemption Price: £1,000 per £1,000 principal amount of Bonds (excluding accrued interest)
Accrued interest: £1.98 per £1,000 principal amount of Bonds
The Bonds will be redeemed in full on 4 August 2023 at the Redemption Price together with interest accrued to (but excluding) the Repurchase Date.
Capitalised terms used in this notice but not defined herein shall bear the meanings given to them in the terms and conditions of the Bonds.
This notice is irrevocable and shall be construed in accordance with English Law.
