Affinity Water Finance (2004) PLC (the "Issuer")

Issuance of £50,000,000 5.875 per cent. guaranteed notes due 2026 to be consolidated and form a single series with the £200,000,000 5.875 per cent. guaranteed notes due 2026 (the "Notes")

The Issuer announces the issue of the above. The payment of all amounts owing in respect of the Notes will be unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Affinity Water Limited (the "Company"), Affinity Water Holdings Limited and Affinity Water Programme Finance Limited.

The proceeds of the issue of Notes by the Issuer will be on-lent to the Company under the terms of a loan agreement to be applied by the Company for its general corporate purposes or used to repay or service the Company's financial indebtedness.
