Peel South East Limited £110,000,000 10% First Mortgage Debenture Stock 2026 (ISIN: GB0005320196) (the "Debentures")
The Company announces that on 7 December 2020 it cancelled £4,604,546 of the Debentures, which had previously been acquired by the Company.
As a result, there remains £105,395,454 Debentures in issue.
