Draw down of commitment into the 3i India Infrastructure Fund 

The Board of 3i Infrastructure plc notes today's announcement by 3i Group plc of the investment made by the 3i India Infrastructure Fund ("the Fund") in Krishnapatnam Port Company Ltd ("Krishnapatnam Port").  The Board confirms the Fund has drawn down net commitments of US$32.9 million (£23 million) from 3i Infrastructure plc to provide funding for the investment in Krishnapatnam Port. 

In total, the Fund has now drawn down 41.3% of 3i Infrastructure plc's US$250 million commitment to the Fund.
