3i Infrastructure plc completes acquisition of interest inWireless Infrastructure Group

3i Infrastructure plc ("3i Infrastructure") has completed the acquisition of a 36% economic interest in Wireless Infrastructure Group, following clearance from the European Commission under the EU Merger Regulation. 3i Infrastructure has invested £75m to acquire its interest. The transaction was announced on 7 April 2016.
