In the first paragraph the reference to 'Pricing Supplement dated 8 February 2024' should read 'Pricing Supplement dated 8 April 2024'.

Pricing Supplement dated 8 April 2024 in respect of an issue by Platform HG Financing PLC (the Issuer) of £250,000,000 5.342 per cent. Secured Sustainability Notes due 2050 (the Notes).

The Notes are issued under the £1,000,000,000 Secured Note Programme established by the Issuer. The Pricing Supplement must be read in conjunction with the Programme Admission Particulars dated 23 February 2024 (the Programme Admission Particulars) in relation to the Programme.
